Make material issue traceable
Many stock problems do not start at goods receipt. They happen when material is taken out, used and the information is recorded too late or not at all.
What should be documented
- which material was taken
- which quantity
- from which storage location
- when the issue happened
- optionally: for what purpose or by whom
Inventaro records these issues as simple stock movements without requiring a heavy approval process.
The goal is not to slow people down. The goal is to keep stock understandable after the work has happened.
